Chevy is in talks to acquire the Android logo maker Wix.
Wix, a mobile design and design consulting firm, has worked on many of the biggest logos for brands including Adidas, Coca-Cola, Coca Cola and Nissan.
Wix will use Wix to develop and sell its own branded products, with the aim of reaching millions of consumers, the company said in a statement on Friday.
Chevy is looking for an experienced logo designer who can design the latest, best-in-class logo, the announcement said.
Wux was founded in 2012 by two former employees of Wix: Andrew L. Wux, who was previously the general manager of branding at Volkswagen and is now a partner at Wix’s parent company, Wix Group, and Jens G. Wonsch, a former vice president at Volkswagen who left the company in March 2017.
Wonsch was named as Wix co-founder in March, but was promoted to vice president of product and product design at Volkswagen.WXS, founded in 2005, has a long history in branding and marketing.
It has offices in the US, the UK, Canada and France.
