The Washington Nationals logo has long been the go-to choice for baseball players, but this year’s redesign is an odd fit.
In fact, the Nationals logo looks better in basketball.
Nets forward Trevor Booker is wearing a new uniform shirt that features a gold-and-blue version of the team’s logo in gold.
The logo is also prominently featured on the jersey.
“The jersey has that cool uniform feel, which makes it easy for the fans to identify,” Booker said.
“But you also have the logo.
It’s a nice contrast to the rest of the jersey.”
Nets players were aghast to see the uniform shirt featured on Booker’s uniform shirt.
“We have no clue what it is, but it is very cool to see it on the uniform,” said forward Ryan Howard, who wears a white jersey with the team logo in the front.
“It’s the first time I’ve seen it.”
Nuggets forward Jusuf Nurkic is wearing the jersey shirt for his own uniform shirt, which is a nod to the NBA’s logo.
“It’s really nice to see a logo on the jerseys,” Nurkica said.
“Obviously, it’s a lot of logos.
So to have it be on the uniforms is really cool.”
The jerseys are designed by Wintour’s Sports Authority, which has been responsible for redesigns for NBA and NBA-affiliated apparel companies.
